Scan the below image with your smart phone to make payments
ZELLE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log on to your bank (Wells Fargo, Chase, etc.)
2) Find and select the section called: "ZELLE"
3) Find and select the section called: "SEND"
4) Find and select the section to: Add a Recipient (sometimes it’s a plus symbol, "+")
5) Find the section to enter Recipient email and enter: conegrealty@gmail.com
6) Find the section for Recipient First name and enter: CONEG, LLC (if it gives an error, put "Karl" instead)
7) Find the section for Recipient Last name and enter: Karl
9) It will be confirmed as enrolled with Zelle as " CONEG, LLC Accounts"
11) Select Drop Down: From
12) Select the bank account you wish to have funds taken from to make your rent payment each month
13) Enter the amount of your monthly rent
16) If available, click to make the payment recurring so it is automatically sent each month
